OUR PRODUCTS

Bougie Charlie fragrances are cosmetic products for dogs, for external application only. They are not medicinal and we make no therapeutic claims.​

ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once it's accepted and dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order - for example, if an item is out of stock - and will refund you in full if we do.

PRICING

All Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already confirmed.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, Nothing in these terms limit those rights.

LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Please use products only as directed - external, on dogs.

The Bougie Charlie name, branding, images and wording are ours. Please don't resuse them without permission.​
